Role: Inside Sales Job Description  

  • This position is focused primarily on driving sales leads and serving as an administrative sales resource for both dealers and LumaStream sales

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Identify target dealers to promote and sell LumaStream solutions into underpenetrated or inactive accounts
  • Support field sales activity by providing quotes and proposal
  • Contact inbound marketing leads by telephone or email in order to qualify prospects
  • Qualify opportunities: understand budget, authority, need and timing
  • Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter opportunities into CRM
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through marketing efforts
  • Telephone or write emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations
  • Liaison for dealers, outside sales, rep firms, engineering, production/assembly
  • Onboarding new dealers
  • Maintain and improve Dealer Portal and website update requests
  • Marketing- Drive consistent and timely distribution of information and marketing collateral internally and externally
  • Sign and develop dealers in designated market
  • Market and sell solution with AV integrators to grow pipeline and sales
  • Achieve sales budgets
  • Manage pipeline and maintain forecast accuracy

Experience Required

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Communication and people skills
  • Marketing and social media experience
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Software development (not required but nice to have)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills
  • Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
  • College degree preferred
